Spor t has the power to create change, especially for children. It helps develop the next generation of youth with teamwork, determination, self-confidence, creativity, resilience, and physical and emotional health. Active kids do better. It’s as simple as that. If every child had an early positive experience in spor t, we would see a lot of happy children with higher test scores, better attendance, and improved behaviour. In the future, when those active children have active kids of their own, whole populations will be healthier, happier, and more successful. We believe that spor t and physical activity is a solution to so many hurdles that children face, today’s youth are turning away from both.
