Aim : The Jumps Circuit is a team event and it involves a variety of jumping and speed activities. Members of the team must try to score as many points as possible by performing as many of the specified jumps as they can within a set time period. WEB COPY ©EVEQUE Equipment : Speed Bounce Mats Hi-Stepper Mats for Standing Long Jump Cones or chalk for marking Hopscotch Layout : Each piece of equipment should be placed in the area to form a square, ensuring that there is adequate space for the whole team to congregate around the equipment. The Hi-Stepper is set up with cones 8 metres apart and the equipment placed in the centre of the cones. A Standing Long Jump grid is set up as in the game of Kangaroo Time. A Hopscotch grid is marked with cones and the coach can determine the exact layout.
