WEB COPY ©EVEQUE Activity : Each young athlete completes one lap of the course, attempting the hurdles both on the way out and on the return. The first team member starts on the whistle and then continues over the three hurdles and turns on the first turn board. On the return run he or she repeats the course in the opposite direction and turns on the return board before touching the shoulder of the next athlete who is crouched in front of the team mat for takeover. All team members complete this sequence but the last runner must sprint to the finish line after turning on the return board. Start Return Board
