Hamstring Stretch Bend the right knee ensuring the knee is directly in line with the toe of the foot. Move the left leg to a straight position in front of the body with the toes facing upwards. Rest both arms on the right leg, push the hips slightly backwards and bend slowly forwards from the waist. Breath in a relaxed manner and hold the stretch for 10 seconds before gently releasing and repeating with the right leg in a straight position in front of the body. WEB COPY ©EVEQUE
