Pulling Circle The young athletes should stand facing each other with their feet virtually touching. They should then take each other’s hands and lean back taking the strain and slowly move their feet and body in either a clockwise or anti-clockwise direction to circle round. WEB COPY ©EVEQUE
Leg Lifts One of the pair should stand with his or her back to the wall and, keeping both legs as straight as possible, raise one leg out in front. The partner should gently lift this leg to a point where the young athlete performing the exercise can feel the stretch and hold for 10 seconds before lower the leg. WEB COPY ©EVEQUE
